Marc Llorens

Marc Llorens advises on indirect taxation and focuses on national and international transactions involving multinational companies from many sectors, including real estate, finance, education, pharmaceutical, retail and wholesale. He also advises on implementing procedures to optimize VAT, VAT groups, the Immediate Supply of Information (SII), and matters related to electronic billing.

He has lectured on VAT in the Master of Laws in Taxation at Universitat Internacional de Catalunya.

He is a member of the Barcelona Bar Association.
