María Alejandra Martínez advises on structuring loans, infrastructure projects, and negotiating financing for different kinds of projects. She also advises on transactions related to financing company acquisitions, as well as financing infrastructure projects for local and foreign companies, and real estate projects.

Before joining Cuatrecasas, she worked in the banking and infrastructure projects practice at a leading law firm in Colombia.
