Marta Vidiella

Marta Vidiella advises debtors and creditors regularly on national and crossborder restructuring and refinancing transactions, as well as on insolvency and pre-insolvency proceedings. She specializes in the acquisitions of business units in insolvency and going-concern business acquisitions through pre-pack sales.

She also regularly advises on financing transactions, including bridge and distressed financing options, and direct lending.

She has worked at the firm’s Barcelona and London offices.

She is the co-author of several law review articles and international publications on restructuring and insolvency.

She has lectured occasionally at Universitat Pompeu Fabra.

She is a member of the Barcelona Bar Association.
