Advising on privacy and information technology. 

Pablo Tena advises companies from different sectors on privacy, technology, ecommerce and cybersecurity. He participates in complex privacy and information security projects. He assists with defense in privacy disputes, as well as advising on data processing (including personal data), and on drafting and negotiating IT contracts.

He also focuses on consumer and user rights, online gaming, and intellectual and industrial property. Pablo helps clients negotiate commercial, technological, and ecommerce agreements, and intellectual property licenses and assignments.

He is a member of different privacy and artificial intelligence associations, has co-authored various articles, and lectures and speaks on privacy and technology in courses, seminars and master’s degrees.
