Patricia Ibáñez advises on commercial litigation, particularly in relation to company sales; and distribution, agency and franchise contracts. She also advises on unfair competition and consumer matters.
She regularly advises national and international clients on pre-litigation matters and court and arbitration proceedings.
She is a member of the Madrid Bar Association and the Spanish Business Litigation Club.
She has published articles in specialized journals, including Revista Vasca de Derecho Procesal y Arbitraje [Basque Journal of Procedural and Arbitration Law] and Anuario Contencioso (Práctica Contenciosa para Abogados) [Litigation Yearbook (Litigation Practice for Lawyers)]. She is also co-author of Cuatrecasas publications on current legal developments.
