Ricardo Isaac Medina advises companies, banks and financial institutions on capital market matters and secured and unsecured financing transactions.
He focuses on legal and regulatory analysis and negotiating structured, syndicated and asset-based loans. He handles Mexican indemnity agreements in crossborder transactions, mainly relating to credit and loan agreements governed by New York state law. He also provides important advice on the Mexican securities market, participating in equity and debt offerings, takeover bids, and securities listings of Mexican public companies and financial institutions.
Before joining Cuatrecasas, Ricardo worked for several years as an associate at two of Mexico’s most prestigious law firms.
