Víctor Manuel Sánchez focuses his practice on disputes involving contractual matters and torts, damages claims for breach of competition law, unfair competition, distribution and agency agreements, mass damages claims and in disputes arising from mergers and acquisitions. He has in-depth knowledge of litigation involving the automotive industry (manufacturing, distribution, after-sales and product liability).
From 2012 to 2013, he worked as a foreign lawyer in the law firm Pinheiro Neto Advogados (São Paulo, Brazil).
He is a member of the firm’s Latin American Desk, a partner of the Spanish Arbitration Club and co-founder of its Brazilian chapter, as well as former coordinator of its group of lawyers under 40 (CEA -40).
He is an associate lecturer of civil law at Universitat Pompeu Fabra.
