EU Law in international tax practice

This EU Tax Law Group seminar addresses how EU law and international tax law is applied in practice. The panel discussion will focus on matters in which the speakers and their firms are directly involved, including ongoing litigation before the Court of Justice of the EU and national courts. The focus is not on theory or general policy, but on how EU law operates in concrete situations affecting international taxation.
