Gianfranco Lotito is an expert in dispute resolution and special situations. He also specializes in domestic and international arbitration, and in lawsuits arising from disputes over sales of shares and transferable securities, and companies (representations and warranties); construction and engineering; and agency and distribution.

He regularly advises banks, financial institutions and private and public investment funds on business and financial restructuring processes, designing strategies (for pre-insolvency matters and court). He has represented national and international clients on restructuring and distressed M&A transactions through sales and acquisitions (and other mechanisms) of business units, assets and debt of companies in financial trouble.

He represents clients in court investigations and injunctions brought by national and foreign agencies relating to securities, and advises on matters relating to free competition, corporate compliance and anti-corruption.

He is a member of the Chilean Bar Association.
