We provide clients with multiple services, from strategic planning of employment to social security plans, specific treatment required by senior management, coordination of systems for flexibility of working conditions, collective agreements, and employment due diligence, as well as client representation during inspections by labor authorities, and in labor disputes, negotiations and litigation.

Collective bargaining and company agreements: We negotiate collective bargaining instruments, represent clients in negotiations with trade unions and employers associations, and advise on strikes and collective disputes.
Corporate restructuring processes: We advise on restructuring and reorganization, “downsizing,” reengineering, and partial or total shut downs involving collective redundancy plans, as well as providing advice and assistance with establishing and negotiating social plans associated with redundancy and early retirement plans.
Flexibility of working conditions: We analyze and define the most suitable structures to achieve flexibility of working conditions, to optimize the quality and productivity of human resources, and to work towards improving relationships with works councils and unions.
Prevention of occupational risks: We advise on meeting the regulations on preventing occupational risks, including regarding audits. We offer skilled assistance where a work-related casualty takes place, including representing clients in sanction proceedings with the Labor Inspectorate, and in criminal and labor court proceedings related to employer liability claims.
Labor disputes: We represent companies and senior executives in all types of court proceedings, including disputes involving senior executives, employer liability claims, dismissals, claims for discrimination and harassment, administrative sanctions, and collective disputes.
Labor recruitment: We analyze and advise on the contract types and clauses that match clients’ needs. We also advise on the relevant aspects of employment relationships (e.g., working conditions, geographic and functional mobility, substantial changes to employment terms, and disciplinary procedures), advising our clients on suspension and termination proceedings, and on expatriate management.
Remuneration policies: We design, analyze and implement all aspects of remuneration policies and welfare plans: incentive systems, pension plans, deferred compensation, insurance, stock-option plans and share plans.
Senior management: We design, negotiate and draft senior management agreements customized to client needs. We provide skilled and experienced assistance in drafting, negotiating and enforcing senior management agreements, including advising on the implications derived from making appointments to the boards of directors.
Special employment contracts: We provide advice and assistance relating to negotiating, implementing and terminating employment agreements for sportspeople and entertainment professionals.
Social security: We provide advice and assistance relating to social security issues.
Public service: We provide advice and assistance relating to civil servant agreements.
