Cuatrecasas advises on extending the financing of Tizimín wind farm, developed in Mexico

Cuatrecasas advised the Spanish Official Credit Institute (ICO), Banco Sabadell, and the Mexican national development bank, Nacional Financiera (NAFIN), on extending the financing of the Tizimín wind farm, developed by Alarde in the State of Yucatán, Mexico.

This funding has enabled four new wind turbines to be acquired, increasing the power generation capacity of the wind farm from 75.6 to 84 MW.

Partners León López and Liliana Corzo, and associates Carolina Pérez, Javier Eduardo Vázquez, Ainhoa Buenetxea, Berta Kutz and Jesús Alejandro Cortés made up the team advising on this project finance transaction.
