With advice from Cuatrecasas, Vía Célere made its debut in the capital market, with a €100 million promissory note program admitted to trading on the Spanish Alternative Fixed-Income Market (“MARF”). The Cuatrecasas team made up by Miguel Cruz, Nuria Burillo and Diego Lasala acted as legal advisor to the issuer and the registered advisor of the operation.
Thanks to this operation, the first registered on MARF since the current crisis began, the real estate developer will be able to issue promissory notes, with maturities of between 3 days and 2 years, and nominal unitary amounts of €100,000, to qualified investors in a flexible way over the next 12 months
