Cuatrecasas advises IBY Group in winning the ProInversión tender to build two hospitals in Perú

SubscribeCuatrecasas advises IBT Group LLC Sucursal Perú on winning the tenders for integrated projects called by the Agencia de Promoción de la Inversión Privada (ProInversión) for financing, building, operating and maintaining the Redes Asistenciales hospitals in Piura and Chimbote.
The Piura project includes designing, financing, building, fitting, operating and maintaining a specialized hospital that will benefit over a million insured users. The Chimbote project, in addition, includes an outpatient clinic and building a temporary hospital to guarantee the continuity of the service while it is being executed.
Together, the investment in both projects will be USD 320 million, and it will serve over 1.6 million insured users in the northern regions of Perú.
