Prodiel sells eight solar projects to Endesa with total investment of €630 million

The Prodiel Group has sold eight 900-MW solar projects with a total investment value of €630 million to Endesa, through its renewables subsidiary Enel Green Power Spain (EGPE). Cuatrecasas lawyers José Moya, Oscar Martín and Alejandro Aramburu advised the seller on this transaction, thanks to which Prodiel strengthens its collaboration with Endesa.

The main joint objective of the two companies is to undertake an energy transformation to eliminate emissions, through a model that ensures the development of the regions where the power generation plants will be located, in Castille-La Mancha and Madrid.
