A regulation on remote work will come into force in Spain on October, 13 (Royal Decree-Law 28/2020, of September 22, see Legal Flash). This new regulation develops the concept of remote working, its voluntary nature and possible return to office work, compensation of expenses,  and other obligations and rights.
