Advising national and international companies, both private and public, on employment matters.

Carla Samper advises on labor law and social security law, mainly advising national and international companies on individual and collective labor relations. She regularly assists with the drafting of internal labor policies, business restructuring processes, collective and individual dismissals, negotiations with the workers’ legal representatives and proceedings in the labor courts. She also manages procedures before the Labor Inspectorate, as well as advising on internal investigations, equality and diversity, and assisting to prevent workplace harassment and negotiate gender equality plans.

Carla advises companies from diverse sectors, particularly those in the hotel industry, the chemical industry and the technology sector, offering companies solutions that are tailormade to each activity’s operational and organizational needs.

Thanks to her advanced studies in human resources management and employment law, she has a comprehensive and strategic view of labor relations, both from a legal and organizational perspective.

Before joining Cuatrecasas, she developed her career at well-known law firms specializing in employment law and collaborated as a HR business partner at an multinational industrial company in Paris.
