Cuatrecasas has advised the Spanish company Aeternal Mentis on its listing on BME Growth (stock exchange for SMEs). Thanks to its debut on the market, the company gains visibility and access to financing to promote the largest artificial intelligence center in Europe from Álava.
The company is valued at €37 million. Its initial listing price will be €2.80, following a recent capital increase in which Aeternal Mentis gained new investors.
The advisory team, led by Cuatrecasas partners Pablo Paisán and Juan Aguayo, included the lawyers abogadas Graciela Garrudo and Ane Maite Agirretxea.
