AnaCap Financial Partners III L.P. acquires GTT thanks to Cuatrecasas advice

We advised investment fund AnaCap Financial Partners III on acquiring Gestión Tributaria Territorial (“GTT”) and on refinancing the group’s debt. This transaction, the first private equity investment made by the British investment fund in Spain, marks the start of an ambitious national and international expansion plan by the GTT Group with the financial and operational support of AnaCap.

Due to the new foreign investment regulation, the purchase required regulatory authorization. The transaction was negotiated, signed and closed on schedule despite extraordinary constraints caused by the COVID-19 crisis.
