SubscribeCuatrecasas advised AXAITRA Group on the acquisition of 100% of the share capital of Innovate, the Spain-based Microsoft Solutions Partner specializing in cloud and data security. This transaction reinforces AXAITRA’s market position after its recent designation as a Microsoft Frontier Partner.
The addition of Innovate is part of the group’s strategy of growth and specialization. By combining AXAITRA’s agentic AI capabilities with Innovates expertise in cloud security and data protection, the group will be able to provide businesses across the EMEA region with secure, responsible and efficient AI adoption solutions.
Innovate will also gain access to a Europe-wide platform to scale the security model it developed in Spain, while AXAITRA will strengthen its offering with specialized Microsoft security capabilities.
As part of AXAITRA, Innovate will retain its brand and management team, while helping develop the group's Microsoft and AI services platform.
