SubscribeOn November 24 and 25, Cuatrecasas completed a new edition of its Welcome Program to onboard 81 professionals who have joined its offices in Barcelona, ??Bogotá, Girona, Mexico City, Lima, Lisbon, Madrid, Málaga, Palma, San Sebastian, and Santiago, from last June until November 2025.
Over two days, participants were able to learn in detail about how the firm operates and the values ??that define it through various talks and training sessions given by some of its most prominent professionals: Jorge Arbex, Tax partner, presented the firm to the new professionals; Idoya Fernández, partner and director of the Knowledge and Innovation Group, gave a session on what her department is and how it works; and Jesús Ortega, Compliance director, and Ana López, head of ESG, offered a clear vision of the challenges of ESG management.
The attendees also participated in a gamification session to encourage interaction and networking. Natalia Guijo and Marta Velasco, recruitment specialists from the Human Resources Department, accompanied the 81 professionals who participated in the program at all times.
