Cuatrecasas has advised
Greenalia Power Spain, S.L., (“Greenalia”) on closing a €97 million financing with asset manager
Macquire Asset Management, to refinance debt and finance new renewable projects. Greenalia’s main activity is generating renewable energy in harmony with nature, through six technologies.
