SubscribeCuatrecasas has advised H.I.G. Capital, a global alternative investment firm, on acquiring a majority stake in the Avanta Salud Group from its founding partner and MCH Private Equity Investments.
Avanta Salud Group is one of the leading providers in the Spanish occupational health and safety services market. MCH and Avanta Salud’s founding partner have reinvested in the group, retaining a minority stake.
The advisory service was led by Javier Villasante, Carlota Tojo, and Julián Ruan from the Corporate Practice, with the support of a multidisciplinary team of the firm’s lawyers, including Miguel Cruz, Josep Moreno and María Granero from Finance.
