SubscribeCuatrecasas has advised Itaú Chile New York Branch and the Itaú Europa team on a USD 45 million credit facility granted to Termocandelaria Power for the repurchase of certain bonds.
The transaction will allow Termocandelaria Power to strengthen its financial profile and continue contributing to the reliability of Colombia’s energy matrix through its thermoelectric power plants in the Caribbean region, which have a net effective capacity of 1,466 MW.
