KPS Capital Partners acquires EMEA food packaging business from Crown Holdings Group

Cuatrecasas has advised leading global private equity firm, KPS Capital Partners, on acquiring the EMEA food and consumer packaging business from US group Crown Holdings.

Following the completion of this acquisition, KPS Capital Partners has launched Eviosys, an independent company that is positioned as Europe’s largest manufacturer of steel and aluminum food packaging.

The Cuatrecasas team handling this transaction was made up of specialist lawyers Javier Villasante, Sora Park, Soraya Romero and Julio Otero (M&A); and Miguel Cruz and Román Mejías (Finance).
