Legal update regarding the 4th quarter of
2021.
In the last quarter of 2021, several laws were published, of which we
highlight, in this Newsletter, the amendments introduced to Portuguese General
Regime for Collective Investment Undertakings on pre-marketing, crossborder
marketing and financial sustainability and the law establishing the “right
to be forgotten” in access to credit and insurance by persons who have overcome
or mitigated situations of aggravated health risk or disability.
