SubscribeThe partners at Cuatrecasas have appointed Rafael Fontana as the firm’s Executive Partner. The election took place on August 10 at an Extraordinary Partners Meeting called after the untimely death of Jorge Badía, the firm’s CEO, in July.
Rafael Fontana has immediately started working on selecting the partner that will replace Jorge Badía. “We have lost an exceptional person, an extraordinary lawyer and an admirable professional, but his immense legacy remains. We will live up to this legacy to preserve everything Jorge has left us,” remarked Fontana.
The decision provides continuity and stability to the guidelines set by the Strategic Plan 2021-2023.
