Cuatrecasas advises Sidenhol on partnering with GreenYellow to invest €200 million in energy projects
Cuatrecasas has advised
Sidenhol on its partnership with
GreenYellow to create a joint platform through which to invest €200 million in the development and operation of photovoltaic self-consumption projects.
The operation will mean the launch of a major player in the Spanish renewable ecosystem that, thanks to the synergies of both companies, will enable comprehensive offers of decarbonization, energy savings and sustainable transition in the field of promoting self-consumption solutions.

Ardian fund, and Sidenhol, an
Enhol group company, represents a strategic partnership in the Spanish market to develop innovative energy efficiency solutions for self-consumption and storage, which aims to become a major player in this market for large industrial energy consumers,” said Cuatrecasas partner and lead counsel
