BBVA refinances the One&Only Mandarina Hotel on Mexico’s Riviera Nayarit with a USD 75 million loan

SubscribeCuatrecasas has advised BBVA on debt refinancing for the One&Only Mandarina Hotel on Mexico’s Riviera Nayarit, through a USD 75 million loan.
The financing comes with the usual guarantees in this type of transaction, including a mortgage on the hotel. The previous financing and guarantees were canceled simultaneously with the granting of the new loan.
The One&Only Mandarina, owned by RLH Properties, is a luxury hotel surrounded by Mexico’s coastal rainforest, with 105 options of accommodation, 3 restaurants and offering a wide range of activities. This tourist area is being developed with a view to becoming one of the luxury tourist regions in Mexico.
