Cuatrecasas has advised Majorel on acquiring Findasense, a leading CX design and creative services company headquartered in Madrid with a strong presence in the Americas.
The acquisition supports Majorel’s strategy to further extend its Tech & Expert Services line of business, especially in the area of CX transformation services, and to tap into new consumer markets while further expanding its international leverage.
Cuatrecasas selected a multijurisdictional team to advise Majorel on this transaction, made up of lawyers from Spain, Chile, Colombia, Mexico and Peru.
