Elisabeth de Nadal specializes in international litigation, human rights and international politics. Thanks to this specialty and her experience in social entrepreneurship and the development of impact projects, she applies a cross-sectoral vision when incorporating the firm’s ESG responsibilities in the framework of our activity and our services, and in the firm’s relations with clients and the market.

She is co-founder of the Barcelona International Public Policy Hub (BIPP HUB), a social company whose purpose is to promote and accelerate the impact of organizations and professionals that focus their activity around global challenges and social justice issues.

She combines her training and experience in business law, ESG and human rights with the objective of identifying and building more effective connections and solutions between business law, the business activity, human rights and the environment.

She was actively involved in launching several international social impact projects, including Democracia Abierta, NeedLab, Institute IFIT, Verificat, The Climate Infrastructure Partnership and The Higher Education Alliance for Refugees.

She developed her career as a lawyer between 1996 and 2013 in Brussels, London and Barcelona in the firm’s Litigation and Arbitration Practice. In 2014, she joined the firm’s general management as deputy managing partner to introduce and coordinate cross-cutting strategic projects aligned with Cuatrecasas’s clear commitment to include corporate responsibility in its business activity and strategies.

Until 2020, she was the Cuatrecasas representative on the Executive Committee of the United Nations Global Compact's Spanish network, where she was secretary general.
