Specialist in labor matters, court proceedings, collective bargaining, redundancy plans, and the management of changes and flexibilization of company working conditions.

Jordi Puigbó has participated in some of the most significant and complex restructuring and negotiation processes in recent years. He has also advised on matters relating to senior management, compensation and benefits, and has handled complex and important labor disputes.

He was a senior judge in industrial affairs for 10 years, and is currently on leave of absence from the judiciary.

He was a lecturer at Universitat Pompeu Fabra and Universitat Internacional de Catalunya. He regularly speaks at conferences and has written several articles.
