María Igea is a specialist in commercial and real estate law. She advises on company acquisitions, M&A transactions, investment agreements and joint ventures, as well as on the buying and selling, construction, management and leasing of all types of real estate assets. An expert in real estate law, she has extensive experience in the hotel, residential, office, data center and energy center sectors.
From 2016 to 2017 she worked at the Cuatrecasas London office and as a visiting lawyer at the London office of a leading US law firm, advising international clients and private equity funds.
She is a member of the Barcelona Bar Association (2009).
