Specialist in national and
crossborder M&A transactions, private equity transactions, joint venture
agreements, and investments and disinvestments; also advising national and multinational
companies on contractual and corporate matters.
Pedro López-Dóriga specializes in private equity transactions, advising national and international funds and venture capital companies on investment (LBOs, MBOs and MBIs) and disinvestment (including competitive processes).
He is also an expert in advising listed companies on corporate transactions and corporate governance, as well as in advising sports professionals on contractual matters relating to assignment of image rights and sponsorship.
Between 2017 and 2018, he worked at the firm’s office in London.
He is vice secretary non-director of the boards of directors of several companies that he advises regularly.
He lectures on M&A and corporate law at the School of Legal Practice (Universidad Complutense de Madrid).
He is a member of the Madrid Bar Association.
