Cuatrecasas advises Sacyr Servicios on selling Valoriza Servicios Medioambientales to Morgan Stanley fund

SubscribeCuatrecasas has advised Sacyr Servicios, a subsidiary of Sacyr (BME:SCYR), on the sale of Valoriza Servicios Medioambientales to a fund of Morgan Stanley Infrastructure Partners, for €734 million. The sale, subject to obtaining the necessary authorizations, is expected to be closed in the last quarter of 2023.
The transaction will enable Sacyr to take an important step forward in achieving the objectives set out in its 2021-2025 Strategic Plan and also continue promoting its concession businesses.
The firm’s Corporate and M&A team handling the transaction was led by partner Francisco J. Martínez, together with Carlota Tojo, Pedro López-Dóriga, Álvaro Lucena and Julián Ruan. Multidisciplinary teams from our Madrid, Santiago de Chile and Bogotá offices also participated in the advisory services, including Félix Plasencia, Carlos Lasarte, Julio Brasa, Soraya Sáenz de Santamaría, Fernando Bernad, Andrew Ward, Alejandro Negro, Roberto Guerrero, Macarena Ravinet and Juan Felipe Vera.
