The Ministry of Health has launched the public consultation on the Draft Royal Decree updating the framework governing the reimbursement and price setting of medicinal products within the National Health System (NHS). This process marks an important step in adapting the regulatory framework to the current needs of the pharmaceutical sector while seeking to safeguard both the sustainability of the healthcare system and patient access to medicinal products.
The Draft Royal Decree is available on the Ministry of Health’s website, and stakeholders may submit comments from June 19 through July 10.
