Cuatrecasas advises Banco BTG Pactual Colombia and Banco BTG Pactual Cayman Branch on refinancing granted to Palermo Sociedad Portuaria

SubscribeCuatrecasas advised Banco BTG Pactual Colombia S.A. and Banco BTG Pactual S.A. Cayman Branch on the refinancing of COP $110,536,205,000 granted to Palermo Sociedad Portuaria S.A. as an advanced payment for a bonds issue on Colombia’s secondary market.
The transaction, implemented under a more flexible financing scheme, is key for Palermo Sociedad Portuaria S.A., as it will enable it to continue developing the port infrastructure it currently operates.
The funds used for the advanced payment of the debt will have a positive impact on the development of the Puerto Palermo project and show Banco BTG Pactual Colombia S.A.’s commitment to infrastructure projects in Colombia.
