Cuatrecasas advised the alternative investment management company Everwood Capital on selling two special purpose vehicles–developers of the HSF OLIVAR 50 and PSF CABRA 250 photovoltaic projects in Córdoba. This large photovoltaic energy project has a total capacity of over 300 MW. Advising Everwood Capital were Federico Roig, who led the transaction, and Soraya Romero.
