SubscribeCuatrecasas advised the Koppernaes Protein AS Group on changing its credit with DNB Bank ASA—with a value of USD 210 million—and the corresponding guarantees under Chilean law granted by its subsidiaries Lota Vedde Dos S.A. and Lota Protein S.A., in the context of an international financing transaction subject to Norwegian law.
Partner Macarena Ravinet, from our Santiago office, said: “We are very happy to continue supporting the Koppernaes Group during this new phase in which it obtains resources to expand its operations.”
The transaction was led by Santiago-based lawyers Roberto Guerrero, Macarena Ravinet, Federico Espinosa and Pilar Illanes.
