Macarena Ravinet is an expert in national and international M&A, focusing her practice on telecommunications, food and retail, corporate and financial restructuring, corporate governance, private equity, and project finance, particularly in energy and infrastructure.

She also advises companies, foundations and non-profit organizations on corporate social responsibility and corporate, financial and tax matters.

Before joining Cuatrecasas, she was a partner and associate at leading law firms in Santiago de Chile and New York.

She is a member of the Chilean Bar Association and the International Bar Association. She is also chair and director at the Chile Pro Bono Foundation and member of the International Pro Bono Network.

She has been an assistant lecturer of project financing in the Master in Corporate Law at the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile.ontificia Universidad Católica de Chile.
