Ignacio Escrivá de Romaní regularly advises on securities market transactions (including initial public offerings, takeover bids and equity issuance) and on corporate governance matters. He also advises listed companies on commercial law.

He is an expert in M&A transactions, corporate law, and national and international corporate group restructuring. In recent years, he has participated in many distressed transactions involving the issuance of hybrid and blended instruments, such as warrants and convertible bonds.

He lectures on private equity and capital markets at Universidad de Navarra and at the Expert Course on Corporate Governance and M&A Transactions at Universidad Autónoma de Madrid.

He has also lectured at Fundación Rafael del Pino and in the master program at Universidad Carlos III de Madrid, and has spoken on mergers and acquisitions, and corporate law at Centro Universitario Villanueva.
