Ignacio Escrivá de Romaní

Ignacio Escrivá is an expert in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) transactions, corporate law, and national and international corporate group restructuring. He regularly advises on capital market transactions—initial public offerings, takeover bids and equity issuance—and on corporate governance matters.

Ignacio lectures on private equity and the capital market at Universidad de Navarra, and on corporate restructuring in the postgraduate course Expert in Corporate Governance and M&A Transactions at Universidad Autónoma de Madrid.

He lectures on commercial law at Centro de Estudios Garrigues and in the Master for Admission to the Practice of Law at Universidad Francisco de Vitoria. He has also lectured at Fundación Rafael del Pino and in the master program at Universidad Carlos III de Madrid, as well as speaking on M&A and corporate law matters at Centro Universitario Villanueva.
