Juan Aguayo advises on important transactions involving IPOs, distressed public M&A, structural changes to listed companies, as well as complex restructuring and investment transactions led by international funds, including alternative investment funds. He spent part of his career at a “magic circle” law firm in London.
He was director of the Manuel Olivencia Award for Good Corporate Governance since 2021.
He lectures on commercial law at Universidad Villanueva and Centro de Estudios Garrigues. He also speaks at several prestigious forums such as those held by the International Bar Association.
