Specialist in crossborder M&A transactions and in foreign investment control.
Julene Areitio advises companies on M&A transactions involving many jurisdictions, including private equity, joint ventures and strategic alliances.
She also advises foreign clients on the Spanish regime for control of foreign direct investment (“FDI”) in strategic sectors.
She has developed her career at the firm’s offices in Barcelona, London and Madrid.
Julene is the author of many publications on the FDI control regime.
She lectures in the Bachelor of Laws at ESADE Business & Law School.
