Antonia Montt

Antonia Montt Strabucchi focuses her practice on matters relating to projects, corporate law, M&A and natural resources.

She advises companies on local and international transactions to acquire and develop projects involving the generation of conventional and sustainable energy, and mining exploration and exploitation.

Before joining Cuatrecasas, she worked as an associate in the energy, mining, infrastructure and project practice of a leading Chilean law firm. 

She has been an assistant at the chair of constitutional law at Pontifica Universidad Católica de Chile.

In 2022, the Chilean Supreme Court acknowledged her participation in Proyecto de Modernización de la Base de Datos de Jurisprudencia de la Corte Suprema (project for modernizing the Chilean Supreme Court’s case law database).
