Carolina Lee specializes in civil and commercial dispute resolution. She focuses her practice on national and international litigation and arbitration.  

She represents clients in first- and second-instance courts, as well as in national and international arbitration tribunals, in disputes arising from agreements such as construction agreements, service provision agreements and public-works concession contracts.

She was an assistant at Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez for the following subjects: punitive power, theory of crime, crimes, process and procedure, legal system, administrative law and political thinking. She has also been a research assistant for migration law.
