Carolina Lee advises on civil and commercial dispute resolution, focusing her practice on national and international litigation and arbitration.

She represents clients in first- and second-instance courts, national and international arbitration tribunals, and in disputes arising from construction, energy and infrastructure contracts; service provision contracts; and public-works concession contracts.

She was an assistant at Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez for the following subjects: punitive power, theory of crime, crimes, process and procedure, legal system, administrative law and political thinking. She has also been a research assistant for migration law.
