Celia Giner advises on public law, particularly town planning law.
She regularly advises companies and public and private entities on urban development projects and due diligence processes. She also helps process administrative procedures and participates in the legal defense in judicial reviews.
She also focuses on public procurement, public administration’s liability, subsidies, and other regulated sectors, including pharmaceutical law and plant health (phytosanitary products and fertilizers).
She has lectured in Public Procurement Law at the ADEIT institution of Universitat de València and at Universidad CEU Cardenal Herrera.
She is currently part of the governing board of the Valencia Bar Association, as representative number 10.
