David Montoro

David Montoro collaborates on preparing many court procedures and defends clients, leading all types of procedural-legal matters.

He regularly advises clients on hiring and termination contracts, dismissals and consultations on labor and social security law.

He also advises multinational companies with a high international profile and leading Spanish business groups on workforce restructuring processes. He handles different collective bargaining processes and negotiates collective bargaining agreements.

He coordinates the labor and social security aspects of due diligence processes in M&A transactions.

He is a member of the Madrid Bar Association.

He lectures in the Master for Admission to the Practice of Law program at ISDE Law & Business School.
