Advising on national and international arbitration, particularly in the construction, infrastructure, and energy sectors, and on corporate disputes and litigation in Spain. 

Elia Raboso advises on commercial arbitration proceedings before different national and international institutions e.g., the Court of Arbitration of Madrid, the International Chamber of Commerce, and the International Center for Settlement of Investment Disputes. These proceedings deal with construction, public-works concessions and commercial and corporate disputes. She has also participated in many civil and commercial lawsuits in the Spanish courts, including claims for contractual and non-contractual liability.

She regularly advises companies and individuals on Spanish law and international private law matters.

She is a member of the Madrid Bar Association and of the Spanish and Ibero-American Arbitration Club.
