Given his experience, he has extensive knowledge of forgeries and imitations, having participated in many police seizures, and is an expert on applying community regulations to block goods at customs.

As an industrial property agent, he has substantial knowledge of the processes for registering industrial property rights with the Spanish Patent and Trademark Office and the Office for Harmonization in the Internal Market.

Mr. Sánchez-Quiñones acts as arbitrator in disputes on "".es"" domain names.
