Esther de Félix specializes in civil and commercial litigation. She has led proceedings before the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), the Court of Arbitration of the Madrid Chamber of Commerce, the Arbitration Board of Barcelona and ad hoc arbitral proceedings.

She has extensive experience in leading court and arbitration proceedings, and has represented large companies in sectors such as distribution, automotive, energy, infrastructure, life sciences and healthcare.

She currently focuses on damages claims due to breach of competition law and on mass litigation.

She is a member of the Spanish and Ibero-American Arbitration Club, of the Expert Committee (Legal Section) of the Spanish Association of Franchisors (AEF), of the civil liability section of the Madrid Bar Association, and of the Spanish Association for the Protection of Competition (AEDC).

She speaks regularly at conferences and seminars, and lectures on distribution and on damages arising from competition infringement in the Master in Legal Practice, as well as in the Master in Civil Litigation at the School of Legal Practice at Universidad Complutense de Madrid and in the Master in EU Law at Carlos III University.

She is the author of articles published in specialized journals, including Economist & Jurist, Revista de Derecho de la Competencia y la Distribución and Anuario Contencioso.
