Advising on domestic and international civil, commercial and criminal litigation and arbitration; alternative dispute resolution in various areas and industries; and white collar and compliance matters. 
Fernanda Montes advises on dispute resolution proceedings, national and international civil and criminal lawsuits and arbitration proceedings. She also advises clients from various industries on white-collar criminal law matters and regulatory compliance.

She participates in arbitrations in the construction, energy and infrastructure sectors, and in civil lawsuits relating to financial disputes, securities brokerage and investment funds.

Before joining Cuatrecasas, she worked at a leading law firm in Chile and at a boutique law firm specializing in criminal lawsuits and regulatory compliance.

She has been an assistant to the chair of constitutional law at Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile.
